On August 23, Tung Koon Benevolent (Canada) Association successfully moved from the old clubhouse at 567 EAST HASTING STREET to the new clubhouse at 2530 EAST HASTINGS STREET. Please click on the above link to share with you the situation of the relocation day of our Clubhouse.
We hope that the renovation of the new clubhouse can be completed as soon as possible, and that the pandemic restraint order can be lifted as soon as possible too. We can hold various activities in the new clubhouse and have our happy time again.

各位會員，鄉親：
近年來會所周圍的環節變得很差，理事會投放了很大的人力物力資源，去應付墻壁的塗鴉，遭鄰居抛棄到停車場及屋頂的垃圾和傢俬，遭破壞的前門後閘等等。理事會經過詳細的分析，廣泛的討論，嚴肅的議決，以破斧沉舟的決心，決定將原會所賣出，另購新會所，將我們精力和資源投放在擴展會務上。我們順利將原會所於2021年6月28日賣出，並於2021年8月9日成功購入新會所。現在我們進行裝修，佈置，搬遷等等的工作。新會所給予我們更好的周遭環境，更大的活動空間，更舒適的活動聚會。在逆境中求變，我們變得更加團結，變得更加堅强。有關搬遷啟事，請查看附件。

Dear members, folks:
In recent years, the links around the clubhouse have become very poor. The Board has invested a lot of human and material resources to deal with graffiti on the walls, garbage and furniture abandoned by neighbors in the parking lot and roof, damaged front door and back gate, and so on. After detailed analysis, extensive discussions, and serious resolutions, the board of directors decided to sell the original clubhouse and purchase a new clubhouse. Our energy and resources are devoted to the expansion of conference affairs. We successfully sold the original clubhouse on June 28, 2021, and successfully purchased the new clubhouse on August 9, 2021. Now we are working on renovation, layout, relocation and so on. The new clubhouse gives us a better surrounding environment, larger space for activities, and more comfortable gatherings. We become more united and stronger when we seek change in adversity. 希望大家能夠慷慨解囊，可以選擇以下其中一個方法捐款：
A.1）連接中僑百萬行的網站：http://walk.successfoundation.ca
2）在查找團隊（SEARCH TEAMS）項目輸入：tung koon，便找到TUNG KOON BENEVOLENT (CANADA) ASSOCIATION
3) 點擊同鄉會的隊名，進入網頁查看捐款情況，之後點擊DONATE NOW 填上資料，用信用卡進行捐款
B. 1）自行打印附件捐款表格
2）填上資料，將表格及捐款在7月22日星期四或之前交到本會會所 （由於表格有重要個人資料，請不要將表格放在郵箱內）
3）捐款支票寫上收款人：S.U.C.C.E.S.S. Foundation
D. 捐款可以(由同鄉會代中僑基金會暫收)
1）銀行網上匯款
付款人在自己的加拿大網上銀行戶口設立：a）收款人的名稱：TUNG KOON BENEVOLENT (CAN.) ASSOCIATION；b）收款人的電郵地址: tungkoon@gmail.com；c）撰擇匯款人的賬號；d）轉賬的銀碼；e）填寫匯款信息，包括支付什麼費用及匯款人姓名；當點擊匯款後，馬上會收到確認通知。
2）支付寶（ALIPAY）和微信支付（WeChat Pay）匯款
付款人用自己的手機a）掃描本會的二維碼；b）輸入匯款的銀碼及備註，包括支付什麼費用及匯款人姓名；c）輸入密碼。手機的屏幕會顯視完成匯款的信息。

Dear Members and Folks,
In response to the call of S.U.C.C.E.S.S. Foundation, we organize a team to participate in the annual fundraising events for the virtual 2021 Walk with the Dragon! We hope you will continue to support and encourage S.U.C.C.E.S.S. to serve the general public and help communities in need.
We hope you can give generously; you can choose one of the following methods to donate:
A. 1) The website linking the virtual 2021 Walk with the Dragon: http://walk.successfoundation.ca
2) In the SEARCH TEAMS input: tung koon, you will find TUNG KOON BENEVOLENT (CANADA) ASSOCIATION.
3) Click the team name, enter the web page to check the donation status, and click DONATE NOW to fill in the information and make a donation by credit card.
B. 1) Print the attached donation form by yourself.
2) Fill in the information and submit the form and donation to the clubhouse on or before July 22 Thursday (Since the form has important personal information, please do not put the form in the mailbox). For donation by cheque, please payable to: S.U.C.C.E.S.S. Foundation.
C. Donation can be remitted by (collected on behalf of S.U.C.C.E.S.S. Foundation):
1) Bank online transfer
The payer should set up in his/her Canadian online bank account: a) the name of the payee: TUNG KOON BENEVOLENT (CAN.) ASSOCIATION; b) the email address of the payee: tungkoon@gmail.com; c) select the payer’s account; d) enter the transfer amount; e) Fill in the transfer information; when the “Transfer Now” is clicked, the confirmation notice will be received immediately.
2) Alipay and WeChat Pay remittance
The payer uses his/her own mobile phone a) to scan the QR Sticker of the Association; b) enter the transfer amount and remarks; c) enter PIN or uses touch ID to confirm payment.
The screen of the phone will display the remittance information and direct to complete the remittance.

感恩參與敬輓何仲偉永遠名譽顧問帛金的會員鄉親！依照何仲偉醫生大兒子嘉華的指示，只接受同鄉會一個敬輓花圈，並將其他餘帛金以紀念何仲偉醫生的名義捐給加拿大肝脏基金會。
我們收集了$685帛金（請查看附件記錄表）。用$200訂購了一個敬輓花圈，並將餘下的$485以紀念何仲偉醫生的名義已捐給加拿大肝脏基金會（請查看附件收據）。我於2月17日已經向何嘉華交代了這件事，並將記錄表及收據副本送交了給他。

今天是年初七，祝大家人日快樂！
日前周銳疇會務經理以他年事已高，希望早日交棒的理由提出辭職。理事會討論後，決定尊重他的意向，計劃覓取合適人選。理事會重新釐定會務經理的工作範圍及鼓勵理事會成員參選這個職位。經理事會核心小組成員進行討論及表決，結果定周少蘭理事為新會務經理。周銳疇會務經理將在3月尾離任，現在他忙於準備交棒的細節及培養新人，而周少蘭理事現在已經樂意接手處理會務。衷心感謝周銳疇永遠會長及周少蘭名譽會董兩父女勇于擔當，為同鄉會服務！

Dear members and folks,
Today is the seventh day of the Chinese New Year, I wish everyone a Happy Birthday!
A moment ago, Zhou Ruichou, our club manager, requested to resign on the grounds that he was old and he hoped to hand over the duty to other. After discussion, the Board of Directors decided to respect his intentions and plan to find suitable candidates. The Directors redefined the scope of work for the new club manager and encouraged the Directors to candidate for this position. After discussion and voting by the core group members of the Board of Directors, Director Lillian Zhou was appointed as the new club manager. Zhou Ruichou will leave the position at the end of March. Now he is busy preparing the hand-over details and cultivating new talent, and Director Lillian Zhou is now ready to learn and take over the duty. Our heartfelt thanks to Zhou Ruichou, President for Life and Lillian Zhou, Honorary Director, the father and daughter for their courage to take on their roles and serve the Association!
The Tung Koon Benevolent (Canada) Association was founded in 1992, and next year 2022 will mark the 30th anniversary of the establishment. The Board of Directors discussed and decided to publish a “Tung Koon Benevolent (Canada) Association 30th Anniversary Souvenir Publication” to report to you the activities and growth of the Association in the past five years, the information of hometown and the transmission of nostalgia. We hope to get your support, to publish congratulatory messages or advertisements, and sponsor printing funds.
