各位會員、鄉親：

 大家好！相信各位已經收到同鄉會4月份會員通訊。第15屆理事任期將快屆滿，遵照會章規定要選舉第16屆理事接管會務。

 第15屆理事會理事候選人提名已經於4月30日截止，一共有16位候選人。請查看附件的理事候選人簡介。

 由於提名推薦候選人數未達到會章第十一條第一項，“理事會由二十一人或以上組成”的下限，經過理事會5月4日例會討論通過，所有提名推薦候選人全部當選成為第16屆理事。

各位有投票權的永久會員如果對16位候選人全部當選為第16屆理事或其他事項有任何意見，請於2022年5月17日之前在這個平台提出，或向應屆會長曾康盛提出，以便應屆理事會作出處理及安排新一屆理事會事宜。

 16屆（2022- 2024年）理事候選人簡介

Dear Members,

Hello everyone!  I believe you have already received the April member newsletter of the Association. The term of the 15th board of directors will be expired soon and the 16th board of directors must be elected to take over the affairs of the Association according to our Bylaws.

 The nomination of candidates for the 16th board of directors was closed on April 30, and there were 16 candidates in total. Please see the attached brief introduction of director candidates.

 Since the number of nominated and recommended candidates did not reach the lower limit of Article 11, Item 1 of the Bylaws, “The board of directors shall consist of twenty one or more Directors”, after discussion and approval at the regular meeting of the board of directors on May 4, all nominated and recommended candidates were elected to be the 16th board of directors.

 For every Life Member with voting rights, if you have any concern about the election of all 16 candidates as the 16th board of directors or other matters, please submit them on this platform or to the current president Johnson Tsang before May 17, 2022. Then the current Board will deal with the arrangements for the new board of directors.
