各位會員：
大家好！溫馨提醒大家，同鄉會的2020年及2021年會員週年大會將於10月17日（星期日）假喜士定社區中心禮堂（Auditorium, Hastings Community Centre, 3096 Hastings Street East, Vancouver）舉行，下午2:0 接受簽到登記，3:00大會開始，懇請各位會員依時出席。為執行防疫措施，社區中心要求所有出席者佩戴口罩及出示疫苗卡。
大會之後，誠邀會員蒞臨參觀本會新會所，地址: 2530 East Hastings Street, Vancouver, BC。

Dear Members,
Hello everyone! Warmly remind everyone that the 2020 and 2021 Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Association will be held on October 17 (Sunday) at the Auditorium, Hastings Community Centre, 3096 Hastings Street East, Vancouver, at 2:00 PM sign-in registration is accepted, and the conference starts at 3:00 PM. Members are kindly requested to attend on time. In order to implement epidemic prevention measures, the community center requires all attendees to wear masks and present BC Vaccine Cards.
After the AGM, members are sincerely invited to visit our new clubhouse at 2530 East Hastings Street, Vancouver, BC.

Dear Members, Folks:
Hello everyone! As the outbreak of the new coronavirus pneumonia continues, it has brought serious impacts and difficulties to everyone’s work and life. On behalf of all directors on the board, I would like to extend cordial greetings to all members and folks! I hope that you will adhere to the epidemic prevention measures and survive the epidemic safely.
The board of directors has prepared the September Newsletter to report to you the work of the conference in recent months.
We arranged for the 2020 and 2021 Annual General Meeting to be held on Sunday, October 17th, and visit our new clubhouse after the general meeting. Hope you all participate enthusiastically. For details, please refer to the attached September Newsletter.

大家好！加拿大東莞同鄉會為響應中僑基金會的呼籲，組織團隊參加將於舉行的2021中僑網上百萬行大型年度籌款活動。希望大家一如過往，支持和鼓勵中僑為社會大眾服務，幫助有需要的社群。
希望大家能夠慷慨解囊，可以選擇以下其中一個方法捐款：
A.1）連接中僑百萬行的網站：http://walk.successfoundation.ca
2）在查找團隊（SEARCH TEAMS）項目輸入：tung koon，便找到TUNG KOON BENEVOLENT (CANADA) ASSOCIATION
3) 點擊同鄉會的隊名，進入網頁查看捐款情況，之後點擊DONATE NOW 填上資料，用信用卡進行捐款
B. 1）自行打印附件捐款表格
2）填上資料，將表格及捐款在7月22日星期四或之前交到本會會所 （由於表格有重要個人資料，請不要將表格放在郵箱內）
3）捐款支票寫上收款人：S.U.C.C.E.S.S. Foundation
D. 捐款可以(由同鄉會代中僑基金會暫收)
1）銀行網上匯款
付款人在自己的加拿大網上銀行戶口設立：a）收款人的名稱：TUNG KOON BENEVOLENT (CAN.) ASSOCIATION；b）收款人的電郵地址: tungkoon@gmail.com；c）撰擇匯款人的賬號；d）轉賬的銀碼；e）填寫匯款信息，包括支付什麼費用及匯款人姓名；當點擊匯款後，馬上會收到確認通知。
2）支付寶（ALIPAY）和微信支付（WeChat Pay）匯款
付款人用自己的手機a）掃描本會的二維碼；b）輸入匯款的銀碼及備註，包括支付什麼費用及匯款人姓名；c）輸入密碼。手機的屏幕會顯視完成匯款的信息。

Dear Members and Folks,
In response to the call of S.U.C.C.E.S.S. Foundation, we organize a team to participate in the annual fundraising events for the virtual 2021 Walk with the Dragon! We hope you will continue to support and encourage S.U.C.C.E.S.S. to serve the general public and help communities in need.
We hope you can give generously; you can choose one of the following methods to donate:
A. 1) The website linking the virtual 2021 Walk with the Dragon: http://walk.successfoundation.ca
2) In the SEARCH TEAMS input: tung koon, you will find TUNG KOON BENEVOLENT (CANADA) ASSOCIATION.
3) Click the team name, enter the web page to check the donation status, and click DONATE NOW to fill in the information and make a donation by credit card.
B. 1) Print the attached donation form by yourself.
2) Fill in the information and submit the form and donation to the clubhouse on or before July 22 Thursday (Since the form has important personal information, please do not put the form in the mailbox). For donation by cheque, please payable to: S.U.C.C.E.S.S. Foundation.
C. Donation can be remitted by (collected on behalf of S.U.C.C.E.S.S. Foundation):
1) Bank online transfer
The payer should set up in his/her Canadian online bank account: a) the name of the payee: TUNG KOON BENEVOLENT (CAN.) ASSOCIATION; b) the email address of the payee: tungkoon@gmail.com; c) select the payer’s account; d) enter the transfer amount; e) Fill in the transfer information; when the “Transfer Now” is clicked, the confirmation notice will be received immediately.
2) Alipay and WeChat Pay remittance
The payer uses his/her own mobile phone a) to scan the QR Sticker of the Association; b) enter the transfer amount and remarks; c) enter PIN or uses touch ID to confirm payment.
The screen of the phone will display the remittance information and direct to complete the remittance.

桃李中文學校今年開設網上（ZOOM）暑期班，會贈送一個學位給同鄉會會員子弟（課程配置使用的軟件需自費$90）。如欲參與，請在6月22日或之前打電話給李傑滿校長778-859-9811查詢，並在這個平台向同鄉會報名。如果多過一位報名，將由同鄉會奬學金評審小組抽簽決定得到贈送學位的同學。其餘的同學可以享受八折優惠（如果還有學位的話）。有關桃李中文學校的信息，請查看以下網站。

第十一屆世界東安懇親大會
各位會員鄉親：
大家好！收到新加坡東安會館邀請函，邀請本會參加10月26日至27日在新加坡舉行的第十一屆世界東安懇親大會。
大會的行程如下：
10/25及26 接機入住酒店
10/26及27 全日活動由大會安排
10/28 送嘉賓離開，或自行安排
大會報名費每人新元$180，另外加上酒店費用，BOSS HOTEL 每晚新元$140/間，或MARINA MANDARIN SINGAPORE 每晚新元$260/間。
大會費用以加拿大元計算：新加坡$1=加拿大$1.05。如有不足，由同鄉會補貼，如有多餘，則作為同鄉會參加大會的費用支出。
另外，本會組織兩天拜訪東莞市單位及鄉賢，10/14日（星期二）在香港集合出發去東莞，費用實報實消。10/17日參加貴州黃果樹風景區五日旅遊，先收旅行團費用人民幣￥4000，日後多除少補。
所有機票，由團員自行安排。所有團員必須有自行安排的旅遊保險。如果臨時退出，不能夠退回已交費用。
有關大會信息，報名錶格及旅遊詳情，請查閱附加檔案。請留意,大會當局以收到報名資料及款項為準。早日報名,以確保有足夠名額分配給本會。

A warm reminder: June 9 (Sunday) is the day of the Annual General Meeting(AGM) of the Tung Koon Benevolent (Can.) Association.
